I met with a group of women a few weeks ago for a luncheon. Some of them I was meeting for the first time. I love how God works in His perfect timing for our lives. It didn’t take long for each of our hearts to be connected in a way that only the Father can do. We took the time to cry out together and to listen to the Lord for what He was saying to us there that day.
The desire for Unity seems to be a common burden within the hearts of the ones that I meet with. God has stirred the hearts of His people to reach out to one another and to come together for a great and mighty purpose. In order for that to happen, all of our differences will have to be set aside.
The Lord is the one who has placed this in our hearts, He sees our potential. He knows our future. He is leading the way.
1 How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity!
23 I in them and you in me. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.
5 If we have been united with him like this in his death, we will certainly also be united with him in his resurrection.
1 Corinthians 1:10
10 I appeal to you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another so that there may be no divisions among you and that you may be perfectly united in mind and thought.
