I ventured out on my first spring run this evening. Although it was only a few miles, it was still challenging for me.
With each new stride by foot, my mind was running too. I was thinking of some of the dreams and goals that I have set in place for my life and future.
I reminded myself that just like my run, the only think stopping me from achieving those things would be myself. I looked up into the endless blue sky and I felt its potential.
As I neared the last stretch of my destination, my spirit was encouraged and that motivated me to speed up just a bit to finish strong.
What kind of goals have you set for yourself?
Hebrews 12:1 -Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.
