This is it

It seems like just yesterday that I was learning to make apple pies while my babies fell asleep in a room nearby. I remember watching woody, making acorn piles and backyard picnics under the oak tree oh so well.

How quickly time flashes by. I didn’t mean to blink but its apparent that I did. When I recognize that this will be my last year dropping off our oldest son in the carpool line, my heart skips a beat. I am well aware that the twins are following close behind him.

Today, as Keegan and I made our family monkey bread and listened to the inspiration from the radio, I had a flashback of the place my soul found meaning. It was in making a HOME.
